Due to the vintage and pre-owned nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Vintage Condition Disclaimer:
All vintage items sold at G.IRL Co are pre-loved / pre-owned and may show signs of wear consistent with age and previous use. Any notable flaws or wear will be disclosed in the product description and/or photos. Minor imperfections are considered part of the character of vintage items. Photos have not been altered in any way to hide imperfections.
Sizing & Fit:
Vintage sizing can vary by brand and era. Sizes listed reflect the size marked on the shoe and/or our best estimate. We recommend comparing measurements and doing your own fit research prior to purchasing. We are not responsible for fit issues.
Authenticity:
All items are carefully inspected and guaranteed to be authentic to the best of our knowledge. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit items.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During drops or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping:
Once shipped, G.IRL is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier, nor are we responsible for shipping addresses that are entered incorrectly. However, if you need an address correction and have not yet recieved tracking information, we will try our best to accomodate you. Please email us as soon as you can with the correct address, but if you have already received tracking information + your package has already left our facilities, then unfortunately we will not be able to make any address changes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
